Bilaspur, March 18, 2025:
Residents of Bilaspur and the surrounding region will soon receive relief from expensive medical treatments. A 75-bed Critical Care Hospital, equipped with modern medical facilities and high-tech equipment, is being constructed near the District Hospital.
This hospital is being built under the Prime Minister Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission, with a budget allocation of ₹36.35 crore. The funding will be 60% from the central government and 40% from the state government.

12 ICU beds, 12 HDU beds, 30 isolation wards, 5 isolation rooms
4 dialysis beds, 4 MCH beds, 10 emergency beds, 2 triage beds
24×7 advanced facilities: X-ray, Sonography, Pathology, MRI, CT Scan
Bilaspur Collector Mr. Avneesh Sharan inspected the hospital construction site and issued necessary directives. The CGMSC agency has been assigned to carry out the construction, with a target completion period of two years.
This hospital will be a blessing for underprivileged patients and will provide advanced medical facilities to the entire Bilaspur division.
